The Optimum Economic Empowerment Resource Rally   Of the 2.7 million people who are incarcerated in our prison systems across America, 650,000 will be released this year and 63% will return within 3 years. Recidivism impacts all communities and Optimum refuses to sit idly by without action. We have dedicated the entire month of October to  providing 13 comprehensive economic empowerment workshops to those in jeopardy of becoming institutionalized within the US prison system.
